During my industrial career I compounded latex recipes for use in medical applications as well as industrial rubber applications.  I have experience in FDA compliance of medical devices and design. I am well versed in streamlining production and improving products scrap rate.  I am trained in lean manufacturing techniques. Lean tools help eliminate waste and improve efficiencies. Lean ideologies can be utilized in all facets of the business and can be incorporated into your businesses culture.
